CEO - Co-founder

Victor founded Virenti two years ago to invent the next generation of bio-based materials. In that time, he demonstrated a breakthrough technology and advanced it into a viable PCB application now moving toward scale-up and market entry. With a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, he combines deep technical insight with a drive for impact. Victor is passionate about technology, invention, and their ability to meaningfully improve our world.

Margo Billen

COO - Co-founder

Margo joined Virenti as co-founder to lead the commercial and operational development of the company. As an engineer in Nanotechnology, she brings experience in product development, project management, and business development to the team, forming a strong complement to the technical foundation. Her expertise supports Virenti’s transition from breakthrough innovation to market adoption. Margo is driven by a passion for innovation and its potential to create a more sustainable future.

Floris Vernieuwen

Systems engineer

Floris is an Electro-mechanical engineer who is passionate about system integration and efficiency in general. He is supporting the team in solving advanced automation challenges. 

Bart Verlinden

Strategic Advisor

Bart brings deep IP expertise and technology leadership to Virenti, with a career spanning global R&D roles and more than 100 patents as inventor. He has a strong track record in building agile, business-aligned IP strategies and guiding innovation from early-stage concepts to industrial deployment. 

Wim Perdu

Strategic Advisor

Wim brings enormous knowledge and Industry know-how to the team via his extensive career in the PCB industry and his role as the founder and former CTO of Advanced Circuit Boards.
